Carrie Edge

Human value is found in being, not doing.

Carrie is a wife and a mother of five adult children. She enjoys spending her spare time loving her grandchildren, thrifting, reading, and playing pickleball.

Carrie brings an eclectic professional background into the session, including nonprofit leadership, personal training, and public service. She has more than a decade of experience supporting individuals in clinical, rehabilitative, and community-based settings, giving her a holistic perspective on healing and growth.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, Carrie works with individuals, couples, children, and families. Her philosophy is simple: people are more than what has happened to them. When trauma is no longer driving the narrative, clients can reconnect with their strengths, relationships, and goals in meaningful ways.
